GREENWICH, CT., March 28, 2005— The American Pet Products Manufacturers Association (APPMA) and Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA) announced today the winners of one of the most prestigious awards within the industry, New Product Showcase Best In Show Winners.
More than 600 new pet products were launched in The New Products Showcase at Global Pet Expo in Orlando, March 13-15, 2005. APPMA and PIDA awarded first, second and third places in 11 categories. The contest, which was judged by national and international industry buyers, is designed to recognize the year’s best creative efforts in new pet products and point-of-purchase displays.
