Onsite Registration & New Buyer Qualification Information

Onsite Badge Pick Up for Pre-Registered Buyers 

Begins Tuesday, March 21: 7:30am - 6pm
Go to the the ORANGE Pre-Registered counter to pick up your badge, located in Hall B, Level 1 in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center. Please bring I.D. and your registration confirmation. 


Onsite Registration for Pre-Qualified Buyers

Proceed to the BLUE “Pre-Qualified” counter in Hall B, Level 1 of the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center. You will be asked to look up your company name and enter your information. You will be required to show a photo I.D. and a business card.  


New Buyer Qualification Information

Pre-qualification is now closed. New buyers that need to qualify must come onsite to Global Pet Expo beginning Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 8:00am.  Please go to the New Buyer Qualification Counter at Registration, Hall B, Level 1 of the West Building at the Orange County Convention Center. Please have the required (2) proofs of business with you, as explained below. 

If you are a buyer and your company has never sent a representative to Global Pet Expo you will need to provide (2) proofs of business, which are outlined below:

1) REQUIRED PROOF OF BUSINESS:  A copy of a wholesale invoice from a manufacturer or distributor for pet products purchased wholesale and in quantity is required. 

  1. Minimum $250
  2. Invoices may not be for ingredients, supplies, or packaging. 
  3. Invoices for your branded products purchased from a contract manufacturer are not acceptable.
  4. Additional conditions may apply.

2) The second proof of business may be one of the following:


 Are You a Supplier, Service Provider, or New Company/Business that does not meet the buyer requirements?

Only qualified buyers are eligible to attend Global Pet Expo all three days.  Companies that do not qualify may attend as an Industry Visitor. Registration is available at until March 17, 2017, 5pm EST.  

Onsite registration at the Orange County Convention Center will be available at the Industry Visitor Counter at Registration, but pre-registration is recommended.

Show Rules

Registration & Badge Policy

  • Official Global Pet Expo Badges with the attendee's name and company must be worn at all times.
  • Sharing of badges is not permitted.
  • A photo I.D. is required to obtain a badge

Show Floor Rules

  • Show Management shall have sole discretion over admission at all times.
  • Exhibit Hall access is limited to the Registration Category assigned to your company.
  • Children under 16 are not allowed on the show floor, including infants and toddlers.
  • Wheeled carts and large wheeled suitcases are not allowed on the Exhibit Floor.
  • Animals are only permitted on the show floor in an exhibitor's booth with written permission from APPA 15 days prior to the Show. Buyer and Manufacturer Representative attendees are not permitted to bring animals onto the show floor.
  • Solicitation is prohibited on the show floor except by exhibitors within their booths.
  • Cash sales are prohibited.
  • Any promotional materials placed or distributed outside the exhibitor’s booth without the prior written consent of Management will be removed and discarded. 

Photography & Video Policy

  • Taking photos or video of exhibit booths without the exhibitor’s permission is prohibited.
  • No photography or video is permitted in the New Products Showcase.
