Onsite Badge Pick Up for Pre-Registered Buyers

Required:

  • Present your Registration Confirmation QR Code and an original photo ID at any Scan and Go counter 
  • The name on your original photo ID must match the name on the Registration Confirmation 
  • Buyers are permitted to pick up their badge only and may not pick up multiple badges

You will be asked to look up your company name and enter your information. If your company does not appear, proceed to BUYER QUALIFICATION counter


 

Onsite New Buyer Qualification

Required: Original photo I.D. (copies not accepted), AND the required (2) proofs of business, as explained below. 

If you are a buyer and your company has never sent a representative to Global Pet Expo you will need to provide (2) proofs of business, which are outlined below:

1) REQUIRED PROOF OF BUSINESS:  A copy of a wholesale invoice from a manufacturer or distributor for pet products purchased wholesale and in quantity is required. 

  1. Minimum $300
  2. Invoices may not be for ingredients, supplies, or packaging. 
  3. Invoices for your branded products purchased from a contract manufacturer are not acceptable.
  4. Additional conditions may apply.

2) The second proof of business may be one of the following:

  • Website selling a variety of pet products.
  • Store or commercial lease indicating type of business.
  • Business advertisement for a pet products business.
  • Utility bill for a store.
  • Yellow Pages listing in an appropriate category.
  • Resale tax certificate.
  • Business License for a retail business.  

Incorrect information on Your Badge

It may be corrected onsite at Global Pet Expo beginning Tuesday, March 19. Please go to the HELP Desk at Registration, Hall B of the West Building at the Orange County Convention Center.  


 

Are You a Supplier, Service Provider, or New Company/Business that does not meet the buyer requirements?

Only qualified buyers are eligible to attend Global Pet Expo all three days.  Companies that do not qualify may attend as an Industry Visitor. Onsite registration will be available at the "Industry Visitor Counter" at Registration, Hall B, West Building of the Orange County Convention Center.

Options:

  • Thursday and Friday (March 21 & March 22): $700 USD per person
  • Friday ONLY (March 22): $300 USD per person

 

Show Rules

Registration & Badge Policy

  • Official Global Pet Expo Badges with the attendee's name and company must be worn at all times.
  • Sharing of badges is not permitted.
  • An original photo I.D. is required to obtain a badge 

Show Floor Rules

  • Show Management shall have sole discretion over admission at all times.
  • Exhibit Hall access is limited to the Registration Category assigned to your company.
  • Children under 16 are not allowed on the show floor, including infants and toddlers. Onsite childcare is available. Click here for the form. 
  • Wheeled carts and large wheeled suitcases are not allowed on the Exhibit Floor.
  • Animals are only permitted on the show floor in an exhibitor's booth with written permission from APPA 15 days prior to the Show. Buyer and Manufacturer Representative attendees are not permitted to bring animals onto the show floor.
  • Solicitation is prohibited on the show floor except by exhibitors within their booths.
  • Cash sales are prohibited.
  • Any promotional materials placed or distributed outside the exhibitor’s booth without the prior written consent of Management will be removed and discarded. 

Photography & Video Policy

  • Taking photos or video of exhibit booths without the exhibitor’s permission is prohibited.
  • No photography or video is permitted in the New Products Showcase.
