For Qualified Media & Influencers

Permission is granted subject to the following mutually agreed upon conditions listed below:

• The aforementioned animal(s) will remain with the aforementioned trained handler (the “Handler”) at all time and on leash while on the Global Pet Expo show floor.
• Proper overnight arrangements will be made for the animal(s).
• The animal(s) will be handled in a humane manner, that includes but is not limited to, provision of adequate food and water, opportunity to be walked if necessary or other opportunity to perform normal bodily functions in a safe and sanitary manner, handling that reduces any potential stress as much as possible, maintained in a sturdy and safe enclosure at all times.
• The Handler is wholly liable and responsible for any damage to person or property caused by the animal(s) and agrees to indemnify and hold Global Pet Expo harmless against all claims, legal or otherwise, resulting from keeping/bringing the animal(s) on the Global Pet Expo show floor.
• The Handler will ensure that the animal(s) are free of communicable diseases that may be transmitted between the same species or to other species including humans and that said animals are in the possession of the Handler within all local, state and federal applicable laws.
• The Handler will abide by the Show Rules, as well as, all rules and regulations pertaining to the exhibition of animals set by the host facility (both herewith incorporated by reference).
• The Handler will have an emergency plan for evacuation and/or care that ensures not only the safety of the animal(s) but also of Global Pet Expo attendees.
• Global Pet Expo management may require the Handler to remove the animal(s) at any time and for any reason at trained handler’s exclusive expense.

Global Pet Expo does not share your email address with any third party unless you have chosen to opt-in to receive exhibitor emails. Emails are primarily used to communicate updates related to Global Pet Expo and to provide Registration Confirmation. A confirmation of this submission will be sent to the Key Contact's email address.
