Schedule Announced for Global Pet Expo 2022

STAMFORD, CONN. (March 15, 2022) – The American Pet Products Association (APPA) and Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA) have released the schedule of events for the highly anticipated Global Pet Expo 2022, which will be held March 23-25, in Orlando, Fla. Buyers, exhibitors and media can now create an account to access the all-new Show Planner and other digital show planning tools.

“Final preparations for Global Pet Expo 2022 are well underway as we look forward to welcoming the global pet care community to Orlando,” said Andrew Darmohraj, CAE, executive vice president and chief operating officer of APPA. “We encourage attendees to maximize all the latest planning tools at their disposal both before, during and after the show to get maximum value out of the industry’s premier event.”

Attendees can use their Show Planner to view and navigate the floor plan, schedule meetings with exhibitors in advance of the show, search and save exhibitors, products and show specials, and access custom exhibitor recommendations based on product interests. Registered attendees can create their Show Planner account online and leverage these features on-the-go using the all-new Global Pet Expo Mobile App, available for download via the App Store or Google Play App Store.

Exhibitors can use their dashboard to schedule appointments with buyers, connect with customers in real-time using chat, share products and brochures, promote show specials, and make qualified connections with custom buyer recommendations.

Based on recent trends and regulatory guidance, Global Pet Expo is adjusting its precautionary measures to make face coverings optional for all show attendees. Proof of vaccination will not be required to attend. For international attendees who may need a COVID-19 test to return home, on-site testing will be available during show days.
